You’ve heard of clean-eating, but how about clean-sleeping? To be honest, I need a bit of both at this moment in time as we hurtle towards deadline for what is set to be our biggest ever issue of OutThere – but on finding out about this, I’m chomping at the bit to sign-up. Allegedly, the Clean Sleeping phenomenon has been heralded as one of the biggest wellness trends of 2017 and the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane is teaming up with a sleep guru to show how getting into a good-rest routine, particularly while you’re on the road can really help your wellbeing. The event takes place on October 19th, just as the clocks are set to go back for the winter and when people look to maximise their sleep.
