One such tea can be found in at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. And to #KeepYourMindTravelling, the kind folk at the city within a city’s tourism organisation Love Beverly Hills got us access to Executive Chef David Codney, who walks us through the essentials of recreating The Peninsula’s world-famous afternoon tea at home, focusing on scones, lemon curd and smoked salmon sandwiches.
