Summer Mix is the latest in our series of special-edition, cocktail compendia, each showcasing the art of cocktails: 45 signature recipes – as well as personal messages – from the world’s most OutThere hotels, resorts, experiences and destinations as they prepare to welcome you back. We sweet-talked them into sending us the recipes for their signature mixed drinks and put together a global selection to suit all tastes, to #KeepYourMindTravelling until you get the chance to travel again and taste them in situ.
