Bangkok, Thailand is a city of contrasts – on one hand traditional, temple-y, even retro-tastic in parts. In this most connected of times, it retains its uniquely Thai identity and traditional values, but it is equally embracing of new influences. That’s what makes it exciting, contemporary and avant-garde. But why it’s super special, is because of its ever-welcoming, indiscriminate spirit – there’s no wonder why they call it the Land of Smiles.
