This stylish, designer hotel is walking distance from the busy resto-bars that make the area famous, although the street that it’s on itself is quiet. While ‘boutique’, our room was surprisingly spacious and our full Irish breakfast suspiciously good. Sure enough, the restaurant manager introduced himself in a strong Cork accent. The rest of the staff are local, but no less friendly.
