So we’re going to have to admit that this Maldivian property caught the attention of the #Experientialist with their “Bubble-Butler” (we’re so easily pleased). But there is alot to love about the Seaside Finolhu in any case. But just to take themselves well and truly into the bucket-list stakes, the resort has launched their Beach Bubble, located on a long, private sandback, surround by the sea – offering guests an unforgettably romantic sunset to sunrise stargazing stay, complete with private chef and the bubble-butler (not to mention bubbles!) on hand to cater to your every whim. The rest of the resort is also a big win – the only member of Design Hotels in the Maldives – combining traditionally-inspired touches with an super-contemporary feel. What a wonderful way to #KeepYourMindTravelling!

OutThere believes in boundless travel, but in the Maldives, life for LGBT+ citizens can be difficult, with discriminative laws in place. OutThere travellers are unlikely to experience any negativity while staying at international hotels, but public displays of affection should be kept to a minimum, particularly off property. When visiting any country, you should be fully aware of the implications of its laws and be sensitive to and respect local customs and regulations, so as to ensure an enjoyable, safe holiday.
